If I choose the animals un-stuffed how do I close the back up?
    Answer:  We tried our hardest to make this task easy for you and your "little" consumers to do.  Closing the animals is also a very interactive process to get your consumers involved.  We have also made this process very safe and user friendly.  There are no tools or needles involved.  After the animal has been stuffed simply pull the string that has been threaded through the back and tie the two ends together in at least two knots.  You can involve your consumer by letting them pull the string to close their animal and watch them come to life.  Simple and easy yet still interactive!
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
    Answer:  Your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days once your order has been processed.  You can check the status of your shipment by simply logging into your account and clicking on the Tracking # link at the top of the page.  This link also allows you to see all of your new and previous orders.
 
Is there an Express Order Form?
    Answer:  Do you know exactly what you need to order and don't have enough time to browse?  Simply click on the Express Order Form link located at the bottom of the website and shop away!  You can scroll through our entire line and order exactly what you need without having to spend all day on the computer.  We try our best to make shopping fast, simple and easy!
 
What are your shipping methods and pricing?
    Answer:  We currently offer several different methods for shipping.  They include...

  • Same Day Shipping (United States Only)
    Any order for in-stock items placed by 3:00 p.m. CT, will be shipped that day.


  • 4-8 Business Day Shipping $4.75/first lb. $.75/each additional lb.
    Most items will be shipped via FedEx Ground or United States Priority Mail service.


  • Three Business Day Shipping (United States Only) $15.50
    (Additional postage may apply to heavy items or large orders). This service only applies to orders placed from Monday through Wednesday. For orders placed on Friday, orders will not be received until the following Wednesday.


  • 2nd Business Day Shipping (United States Only) $21.50
    (Additional postage may apply to heavy items or large orders). This service only applies to orders placed from Monday through Wednesday. For orders placed on Friday, orders will not be received until the following Tuesday.


  • Next Business Day Shipping (United States Only) $25.50
    The charge for this service is $27.95 dollars for most items (additional postage may apply to heavy items or large orders).
    Orders for in-stock item(s) must be placed by 2:00 p.m. CT to receive that item(s) the next day. Fedex and USPS do not guarantee next delivery to some rural areas. Those orders will arrive usually within two days.


  • International Shipping Days can vary 5 to 12 Business Days. $17.95
    The amount showing in your basket is a good estimate for global charges and the actual amount may vary per country and per item(s) shipped. You will be notified by email if there is an additional charge.


  • International Shipping Days can vary 3 to 5 Business Days. $36.00

Can I track my orders online?
    Answer:  You can track your order through our tracking link.  Your order will have a tracking number that you can locate the status of your shipment within in 2-3 business days.  Your tracking number can be found on your email invoice which also includes a link to the Tracking # or you can click on the Tracking # link at the top of the page.
